Moving House

If you are moving house, we are able to have the electricity and gas connected for you when you arrive at your new home. All you have to do is provide us with a few details.

We may be in contact with you if we have any questions about these changes.

If you need to sign up urgently or require reconnection, please contact us over the phone instead of completing this form.

If you currently have a direct debit, we will continue this method of payment automatically for your new property. For any changes to your payment method please call us on 0508 587 836.

Please note, if you do not submit a final meter read then your final bill from us will be an estimated read. Alternatively you can call our team on the day you move to submit your final read.

If you know where it is

Refer to your current bill for your user type, if your usage is likely to be the same at your new property.
