• Give us your current account details and the date you’re moving out
• Give us your new address and the date you’re moving in
• Give us a final meter reading, or let us estimate it for you

If you’re not an existing Just Energy Customer:

• Set aside around 10 minutes of your time

• Give us your current usage details (from a current account) 
• Give us your new address and the date you’re moving in
