We absolutely reject any sales practices which attempt to win or retain your business through deception, exaggeration or misleading practices. These will never be part of the way we do business.
3. Pricing
We will always offer our best possible price and if we don’t think you’re set up on the best plan relative to your circumstances and usage, we’ll tell you.
4. Your Rights
We will always keep you fully informed of your rights as a Just Energy customer and our obligations as your Energy Retailer.
5. Honesty and Transparency
We will always be open, honest and transparent. If we make a mistake we will face up to our actions and put right our error.
6. Respect for your Choices
We will respect your right to choose your energy provider. In the unlikely event that you ever choose to leave us, we will always operate within the standards and practices of the industry to facilitate your switch.
7. Our Responsibilities
We will always treat your custom, and the faith you have placed in us, as a privilege and a solemn responsibility.
